What's new

What changed in the latest versions of Qyveno, in plain language.

Version 24 — 4 October 2026

In Administration › General, the Where your data is stored block is shorter: it shows where the server is and when your organization was created.

Version 22 — 4 October 2026

The knowledge base now lives at support.qyveno.nl. Open it from the question mark in the app and it uses the same theme as the app: light or dark.

Version 19 — 4 October 2026

There's now a question mark at the top right of the app. Under it you'll find Contact and feedback: ask a question, report a problem or share an idea, and add a screenshot if that helps (png or jpg). The answer appears in My questions, with a notification under the bell. Only you can see your questions.

Qyveno has a new typeface. Text is calmer and easier to read, and titles stand out more.

The toolbar above a board has been tidied up, the way you know it from monday. New item has an arrow with "via form", New group and Import. Search only opens when you click it, and Export is under the three dots. At the top of the board there's an Invite button to add colleagues to the workspace.

Version 18 — 4 October 2026

Every view has its own menu behind the three dots. Pin view keeps a view in the bar, Copy link lets you share it with a colleague, and Lock view means only its creator and an admin can still change it. With Reorder (for you only) you arrange the views the way you like, without affecting your colleagues. You change the shared order by dragging the tabs, or through the menu if you use a touchscreen.

If a board has more than five views, the bar only shows the pinned ones and the view you're on.

Version 17 — 4 October 2026

The view tabs and toolbar buttons are calmer: they use the normal text colour and light up when you hover over them.

Version 16 — 4 October 2026

In the table, every group has a rounded corner, and the checkboxes for selecting items are bigger. That makes them easier to click, also on a tablet.

Version 15 — 4 October 2026

If sending through your connected mail account fails, Qyveno now tells you clearly why. For example, that Google wants an app password, or that sending via SMTP is turned off at Microsoft. You get these messages in your own language.

Version 14 — 4 October 2026

Automations and workflows can now really send email, from your own email address. Connect your mail account in Workflows › Connections. For well-known services such as Gmail and Outlook, the settings are filled in for you, with their icon. When you connect, a test email goes to you first, so you know it works. Read more in Connect your mail account.
