Your profile and account

Change your name and language, change or reset your password, sign out everywhere else and switch between organizations.

In your profile you decide how colleagues see you and which language Qyveno uses with you. It is also where you manage your password and your sessions.

Edit your profile

  1. Click your avatar in the top right.
  2. Choose My profile.
  3. Change what you want: Name, Initials, Job title, Email and Color.
  4. Click Save.

At the top you immediately see how others see you. The Email field is used by automations that send email. Leave it empty and you get no email from automations.

Choose your language

Qyveno works in Dutch and in English.

  1. Click your avatar in the top right.
  2. Under Preferences, next to Language, choose Nederlands or English.

The screen switches right away. You can also choose the language in My profile; it then applies after Save. The language belongs to your account, so it is the same on every device and in every organization.

Change or reset your password

Change your password

  1. Open My profile and click Change password.
  2. Enter your Current password.
  3. Enter your New password twice. It needs at least 10 characters.
  4. Click Save.

You are then signed out on your other devices. You stay signed in on this one.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password?.
  2. Enter the email address of your account and click Send link.
  3. Open the link in the email. It works once, for one hour.
  4. Choose a new password.

No email? Check your spam folder, or ask your admin for a reset link.

Sessions and signing out everywhere else

Want to know where you are signed in? Open My profile and click Sessions. For each device you see the organization, when you signed in and when you were last active.

Forgot to sign out somewhere, or something looks wrong? Click Sign out everywhere else. All your other sessions end right away; this one stays.

To sign out on this device, use Log out at the bottom of the profile menu.

Switch between organizations

You can be a member of more than one organization. After signing in, you first choose an organization.

You can switch at any time after that:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right.
  2. Under Organization, choose the organization you want to open.

Below each name you see your role in that organization. The one you are working in now has a check mark.
